Try to check in as soon as possible, so if you need help with locating the apartment the people in the office can help.

Other than getting check in information 40 minutes after check in, it was fine. I didn’t like that the instructions were unclear on where/how to get the garage key and what it does. I went up stairs since the main elevator was broken and I didn’t know you used that to roam the building. Also there was stains on my bed from a previous stay. Other than that, it was nice. I liked having a washer and all the beds.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The unit was exactly as described and we found it to be comfortable. The instructions for check-in are spot-on (be sure to carefully read the check-in information). The surrounding area is quite nice and we were central to everything we wanted to do while staying in Houston. Nearby Memorial Park is great for a bike ride or run! We look forward to returning soon.

Pictures made it seem more spacious than it really was but it's a nice apartment. We did need more toilet paper and paper towels than was provided. Check in process was a bit confusing but overall we did enjoy our stay.
