What a delightful space Joe has created in this historic building, loved it from the moment we reached the top of the 75th step and even more so when we saw the decor, amenities, flung the windows open to enjoy the historic courtyard view while sipping the good coffee provided. A special place in a very special town which could show off all it had to offer within walking distance of the blue front door.

Joe and his wife are very friendly and helpful people. Communication is easy and effective.
