We enjoyed our stay while visiting the Pebble Beach/Carmel area. This house is great for groups and is sufficiently stocked. The one feedback would be improving the bedding. Pillows were uncomfortable and we needed to message Marco to deliver additional, which he did promptly! Thank you! The sheets/linens were also laundered with a very fragrant detergent which all of our guests commented on. Very nice stay otherwise.

Our stay in Carmel was absolutely wonderful. The home was beautiful, spotless, and felt so warm and welcoming - truly like staying in a real home rather than a rental. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and their attention to detail really showed. The neighborhood was peaceful and picturesque, yet still close to everything we wanted to see and do. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience - highly recommend!

This was the best location to visit Carmel and Monterey! Easy 20 min drive but out of the hustle and bustle. Beautiful walkable beach. So peaceful! And nice touches for the cooler days/nights: warm fuzzy socks and throw blankets everywhere. Highly recommend!

Rooms and bathrooms were the best part. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great as well. Very convenient that there is a garage too! Pictures are pretty accurate. Private driveway and location.

Backyard and patios were great but the property is on quite a steep hill, dogs played but was a bit worried of them tumbling down the hill sometimes. Didn’t use the hot tub due to reading about a $50 fee, a bit unfortunate but was enough to do. Pool table was a great add on.

The few bad:
- yes, the couch was uncomfortable and moved around way too much
- the place is NOT walkable at all, in fact if you were to walk into town, it would be a bit dangerous to do so
- would’ve loved a disclaimer about just how steep the stairs are. If we had kids, I’d be nervous!

Overall, was still convenient to town and the location was very close. The property is also very big and very spacious for a weekend with the family.
