it was a mixed class with meat cooked as well, so not exclusively vegetarian/ vegan but very well formatted, friendly and fun.

Fantastic vegetarian dishes. Yassine is a wonderful person who guided us marvellously through the moroccan cuisine. We were able to choose which dishes to cook and then went shopping together. Yassine is full of information and the already lively markets became even more alive.

I have been traveling in Morocco for 2 weeks with lots of good food and cultures. This meal by far, is the best one I had during my time there. The experience from designing, shopping, cooking, and laughters on the dinner table is amazing! Highly recommend.
