This is our second stay at Jim‘s place in Bristol. It is clean, quiet, has all the comforts of home, including plenty of pots and pans and utensils needed to make a full meal, and is in walking distance to all the restaurants and stores downtown. Communication and entering the apartment is fast and easy. Excellent apartment for the money highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights for a mother-daughter getaway and had a fabulous stay! We loved the charming and period touches in the living room with super comfortable easy chairs and sofa for relaxing. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable and perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with a cozy round table. Jim was a super responsive and friendly host. And the location was quiet yet convenient and very walkable to restaurants and downtown Bristol. Jim’s place is truly something special and was a highlight of our trip to Rhode Island!

Great place to stay; a Bristol gem. Excellent base camp to explore the town and area. Well stocked kitchen, homey atmosphere, welcoming snacks & wine. Lovely backyard for relaxing and washer/dryer was handy. 15 minute walk to downtown restaurants and waterfront. Lots of pickleball courts nearby. Twin bedroom was comfortable. My only warning would be with the full sized bed - wayyyyy to soft & squishy for my back, so beware if you have back issues! Otherwise everything about it was perfect.
