Great location

Mediocre but adequate. The photos online make it look a lot larger than it is - maybe the room in the photos exists, but we just weren't assigned to it?

Pros:
- The bed was firm but fairly comfortable
- A/C worked wonderfully
- Located within decent proximity of a couple subway stations
- Fairly clean
- Quick response from customer service
- Great tile in the bathroom!

Cons:
- Floor was gritty
- Room was much smaller than advertised
- Killed 4 (small) roaches in the bathroom throughout the course of our stay
- Bed covered the wall outlets convenient to the nightstands, meaning they were unusable and we had to plug devices in across the room and in the bathroom

Loved our stay! Perfect if you just need a spot to stay at while exploring the city. It's very accessible to public transportation and walkable. There are tons of good restaurants within minutes of walking. Staff were very friendly. I'd recommend this place overall.

Perfect for a 2-4 night stay in nyc. Great location right on Houston street on the lower east side.
