The house is clean and comfortable, and all the items are new. My friends and I are all living very comfortably!

everything else is good.
two points bothers me.
1. toilet is leaking. water is flowing all night. we cannot fall asleep at night.
2. air heater not doing too well. I set as 70 but when room is below 70, like 65 the heater is not activated.
