This listing isn't accurate, and I have no idea what the other reviewers experienced but I decided to cancel this reservation after actually seeing the unit in person.

The host didn't provide entry instructions so I had to message him for details and was told to give him a 2 hour window for my arrival. We agreed on a time and we arrived a bit early. I was told that the cleaning person just left and the unit was opened with the key left inside.

In the listing description there are no pictures of the front of the unit so you don't see the fact that its in what looks like a halfway house. When I entered the building it smelled like a dead body and there was broken glass and razor blades on the ground.

Inside the unit the sofa had vomit and other stains. While the unit was "cleaned" every surface was stained, the bedding and towels looked like they had been used 500 times.

The host was very responsive to my request to cancel and get a full refund.

Kelvin is a very easy and helpful host. The location is convenient to GWCC and Mercedes Benz Stadium. The closest good food is in Castleberry Hill a few minutes walk away. The location is very convenient to MARTA. There is a dance club next door so if you are a sensitive sleeper bring ear plugs. The steps to the lofted bed are appropriate for the more agile visitor. Overall, a good stay!

Awesome place, very clean and close to everything! Pool table and indoor swing are fun, great touches.
