Francesca’s place was lovely and a great location within walking distance to see the typical tourist sites. It was our first visit to Venice and Jim was kind enough to meet us at the water taxi dock and walk us to the apartment, as it would have been rather easy for us to get lost in the labyrinthine alleys of Venice in the dark! We were comfortable, everything was clean and we felt supported by our hosts over message and if we had any questions. Would definitely stay at Francesca’s again, if we have the luck to visit Venice again in the future.

The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The host was friendly, communicative, and always ready to help with tips and advice. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again

Thank you for making our first trip to Italy a wonderful and cozy experience. The location of the Airbnb was delightful right by one of the canals. And near to authentic Italian restaurants. We were walking 2 minutes to the bakery every morning for fresh bread. Went to the market a couple times with just 5 minute walking distance. Just amazing and a cute loft Francesca has! And thanks to Jim for greeting us and waiting for us at the boat station.
