The unit was nicely decorated and as seen in pictures. The building is in great location and I appreciate the design and feel. It is undergoing some updates and the hallways and lobby are very musty/mold smelling. Valet and reception staff very friendly and helpful!

We loved staying at The Trendy Palm for our anniversary! The studio apartment was absolutely adorable! It had everything we needed for a weekend away. The beach, restaurants, coffee shop, Publix and biking/walking trails were easily within walking distance. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay in beautiful Palm Beach!

Great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping and popular sites. We enjoyed the area and would stay again!

The place was clean and very cute. We loved the closeness to the beach as well as pool on premises. Town was a short walk with many different eating options. We took full advantage of local happy hours. A very fun and relaxing place to stay.
