This place was exactly what me and my girlfriend was looking for and so much more. The lodge felt very homely and peaceful right from the start, Amanda was very friendly and helpful on arrival, spotless cleaning, decor was the highlight which gave a very clean and cozy vibe to it even the low doors added a nice unique feature, amenities was very helpful, bed was comfortable and ease of access was great! Would recommend to anyone thinking about booking a getaway in the area!

The barn was so cute! We didn’t need much, just somewhere to relax in peace for a few days. The settings were beautiful and it was easy to get to. The weather had turned cold but the heaters were brilliant and kept us cosy. We hadn’t expected the doors to be quite so low but it didn’t affect our experience at all. The kitchen was really well equipped for such a quaint little space - my partner is a chef so that was brilliant! Shame we couldn’t make us of the outdoor space due to the weather. We would definitely recommend this place to a friend. Thanks Amanda for such a great stay!

Lovely cottage, clean and tidy when we arrived and Amanda responded promptly to any messages sent! Beautiful setting and nice and quiet. Only thing people should be aware of is the low doorways, but these were covered with foam so no banged heads occurred! Kitchen clean and tidy too, lovely location. Would definitely stay there again!
