This was a wonderful stay. The cottage was so cozy and had everything we needed for an 8 night stay. We actually added a night because we felt so comfortable in this location.

The cottage had the amenities we look for on road trips - ability to cook at home (loved the crock pot), and a washer dryer. Makes such a big difference when traveling!

The bed is comfortable and the heater warmed things right up on chillier days.

Location-wise, it was a great base for exploring Durango and Pagosa Springs. And the tiny town of Bayfield itself is charming and had a bunch of great restaurants right in walking distance to the cottage. We loved walking our pup at the park right next door.

Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

The Cottage was awesome! It was very homey and comfortable. Beautifully decorated with everything you might need during your stay. Excellent location and super easy check in and out. We will definitely stay at this little gem again❤️

Very cute, comfortable, clean, warm, inviting. Even though its a small town, there are some very solid food options. The Blue Sky Cafe had very good morning coffee/tea/lattes. B-fasts looked yummy, but we had made our own at the house, not knowing they were open for b-fast. The taco place very near has very good tacos. The house is in a great location for needing to be in both Durango and Pagosa for business. Plus hubby did boarding in Durango and soaking in Pagosa. So, pretty perfect. I wished I had brought my slippers (floors a bit chilly and they prefer shoes off in the house), my only regret. But the heater BLASTS heat and the hot water for showers and washing is also great, so no worries there. Great house in a great location. We would absolutely stay again.
