2022年10月Cute studio in Santa Barbara and a great value
Listing says "entire home" when really it should be listed as "room to rent"
Although it has its own entrance, the room is connected to the main house
However, it was a nice stay and close walking distance to state street & the beach

2022年10月Stayed at this place in late sept / early Oct. No AC means it was warmer than outside and a bit stuffy. The windows had no screens so sacrificed the risk of bugs for air. I hear no AC is common in Cali though. Fans were provided and they were strong.
Biggest complaint is the tv. Nowadays you should have access to Netflix or some other streaming network for guests. At least the option to log into their own account. Get a smart tv!!
