Location is above noisy bars and restaurants so be prepared for light noise through the night. Also there is no onsite parking that is affordable. We were suggested to park 2 blocks away and paid $10-15/ per night for parking, plus having to walk the two blocks to the apartment each night. There is parking right next to the entrance but it is much more expensive. This particular road has a heavy vagrant representation and is not in the best condition. The Studio however was wonderful. Very nice spot and just what we needed. It is a studio apartment with two queen beds in the great room and one bathroom. The bay window gives a lovely view of the street life. Removing the outside presentation that the host cannot control, the apartment is perfect. Wonderful communication and very clean. Super happy with my booking.
