The house is an interesting architecture, surrounded by a beautiful relaxing garden where you can find a lot of fruit. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, renovated 2024.old Istrian stone house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen on 2 floors. All areas are air-conditioned. Outside is a private, completely fenced garden, with large covered terrace, barbecue and 8x4m heated pool. Pool heating is charged 70 euro/week (water temperature depends on the outside temperature). The house is located in small and quiet village Valtura, a quite peaceful place, few minutes drive from Pula.

Relax house Villa Marina

Villa Marina is a spacious object of 300 m2 living space and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. It is recognizable by beautiful and heated swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price.
