Villa Bella

A brand new city villa with a swimming pool designed for your maximum comfort and pleasure.The location of the villa is the perfect combination of the tranquility of a countryside and the proximity of the center of the 3000 years old city of Pula.The house can accomodate 6-8 people and it consists of a ground floor with the kitchen and dining area with direct access to the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool,living room and bathroom, and the upper floor with 3 bedrooms each with its own bath.

The apartment is situated in a family house and has its own separate entrance. It is located 8 km from airport, 2 km from the city center (the bus station is nearby). Beautiful beaches (Verudela) are in the about 4,5 km driving/cycling, Medulin is cca 8 km from apartment, the supermarket is 1 km and shopping center ''Pula City Mall'' is 1,5 km distance from the appartment. Within a 200 m there is one restaurant/pizzeria and one restoran with tradicional Istrian dishes and a grocery store.

A pleasant stay in the house gives you air conditioning and contact with rest of the world, free WIFI.

Lovely villa situated in the ancient town of Galižana close to Pula with olive garden, sea view and private pool. Villa Istria is suitable for up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and ensuite bathrooms. The highlight is definitely the private swimming pool with sun loungers next to it, just to get the prefect summer tan and to enjoy the fresh Istrian air. From there you will also have a view onto the beautiful olive garden!

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

Apartment is located in a family house, on the ground floor with its own garden with a sea view. In the garden there is a terrace with barbecue, deckchairs and an outdoor shower. The house is equipped with a baby bed and a baby feeder. You do not need to use a car to go to the beach because a beautiful pebble beach is 200 meters from the apartment.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI
