The property covers 35m2 and can accommodate the following number of people: 2+1. In the apartment there is one bedroom, one living room where one person can sleep on sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with private part of the garden equiped with grill and garden furniture. Kitchen is equiped with table and chairs for every person; kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine. Detached house, air conditioning, air conditioning included in the price, Sat-TV, bed linen is delivered in the weekly change, towels provided (2 small towels per person per week), internet (WLAN), use free of charge, prices include the following: change of bedlinen (weekly), final clean at the end of your stay, usage of electricity, water, tax and parking. Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. It offers rustic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Studio has spacious bathroom, kitchen, decorated with wooden beams and stone wall elements and comes with a big terrace. Villa Csipak is our enjoyable Guesthouse, located in the very heart of Rovinj. We offer cosy, fully-equipped rooms & studio apartments only 500 meters away from the Old Town, city harbour, and bus station. The nearby beaches are at no more than a 10-minute walk. The neighbourhood is peaceful, and there is a supermarket and a restaurant right at the corner. If you come by car, we offer parking on our premises upon request. Cozy little house in the garden behind the family house in residential area, close to the center of Premantura and a short walking distance to the beach. There is a spacious, secluded terrace with a shower, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The house is surrounded by garden full of Mediterranean greenery. The vicinity of the protected nature park Kamenjak with its numerous natural beaches and cycling routes allows for both relaxing and active holydays, according to personal preference.
