Our home is situated in a calm family area right next to the city of Pula,which is famous for its ancient Roman Amphitheatre.To be precise,we live in between the city center and freshly made beaches at Hidrobaza where you can enjoy with your kids,because it offers a lot,from free parking to beach bars, sport terrains etc.. If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Only 10 km of car drive is needed to reach lovely beaches in Fažana and Peroj. This holiday house is part of a row of connected houses. With an indoor area of 100 m2, it provides a cozy living space. The private pool, sauna and private bathrooms will surely create an impression of exclusivity for all guests.

Apartman ima ograđeno zemljište površine 500 m s automatskim dvorišnim vratima, parking prostorom, ljuljačkom, biljarom i stolnim nogometom. Gosti imaju na raspolaganju 2 kvalitetna vrtna namještaja, vanjski roštilj(grill, plin). Bazen sa hidro masažama i tušem te ležaljkama, pruža mogućnost uživanja neometanog sunčanja i kupanja. Apartman je pogodan za djecu.
