Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Stan se nalazi 20 m od mora i velikog mola . Na prvom katu je , što je velika prednost Bit ćemo vam na raspolaganju u bilo kojem trenutku za sve informacije koje vam budu trebale. Ideally located since both the first beach and the city centre are in 5 minutes walking distance. There is a possibility to park the car in the front yard of the building.

Utanför dörren finns en mysig lokal restaurang och en minimarket. 50 m från dörren finns havet och stranden. Stenkast därifrån hittar ni kyrkan st Euphemia och alla de andra lokala caféer, barer och restauranger. Perfekt ställe att bara koppla av och njuta av varandra och den fina staden Rovinj.

It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.
