This is a large beautiful second floor suite with a queen size bed that opens onto a huge veranda. The suite has a private entrance, bath and large sitting room. The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. This is a 1-room studio in a very safe part of Raleigh, the Oakwood area which has some renown. Many of our guests are here because they just got married or they are on a honeymoon of sorts, consequently we've set up some interesting honeymoon lighting. We are also about 250 yds from the governors mansion and 200' from the Merriman Wynne house...We have many amenities close by, including 2-restaurants that are run by a 5-star chef, 6-bar/ restaurants and the Burning coal theater across the st.

Welcome to our home! Come stay in our quiet and serene suite, complete with its own private entrance. Cook delicious meals in a real kitchen with full size fridge, stove, & microwave (coffeemaker & toaster too). Sleep well on the adjustable memory foam queen bed. Relax on the sofa and enjoy various streaming services. Get some work done at the desk with the included wifi. Have a friend stay on the queen sleeper sofa. This is our home. You may see or hear our family & dogs around the property.

Sounds travels easy between the two separate rental units (footsteps, voices, laughter, and everyday sounds) so I ask that everyone respect the guests on the other side of the wall.
