It is walking distance to Washington St, the main Hoboken's street with bars, restaurants, nightlife, stores. The building has an elevator and a community wash and dryer in the basement. Very safe and convenient location. No smoking at any time.

On the ride nearby, you will be able to appreciate the breathtaking New York skyline from the Jersey side. They say the best views of NYC are from NJ and they couldn't be more right.
