The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

A tranquil retreat for two, Salterns Loft is a first-floor apartment equipped to a high standard. It is accessed through a separate entrance and up a spiral staircase. The large open-plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen and bi-fold doors opening onto a Juliet Balcony with great views over an extensive garden to Chichester Harbour, Tournerbury Woods and the South Downs beyond. The Old Dairy on the River Hamble

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. You will be welcomed with a complimentary welcome basket that contains continental breakfast supplies.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.
