Farm stay with hot tub/ sauna and wild swimming

Tolley Lodge, an idyllic place to stay, located on 180 acres of farmland, woodland and 400m from our spring fed lake. Own private garden, wood-fired hot tub and uninterrupted views of open pasture and the South Downs. There's plenty of logs for your own private hot tub and firepit (gas bbq supplied as well). You can also hire our WOOD-FIRED SAUNA; a perfect addition with a wild swim in our spring fed lake. Private sessions from £30 can be booked during your stay. Dogs are welcome on leads.

The Riverbank is nestled in an RSPB nature reserve close to the South Downs National Park, and benefits from a wide range of bird and animal life. This unique community is home to around 55 houseboats of all shapes and sizes and is completely unique to the UK. Guests will have exclusive use of our traditional narrowboat, Rhubarb and Custard. A wood burner keeps it cosy, there is a speaker for your music, a laser projector for movie-watching, satellite Wifi for digital nomads, a mini kitchen, dining table and friendly grey cat too! The private WC Hut provides a hot shower, sink and Eco-loo. And to hire seperately is a Hot Tub and Sauna on a private Spa deck

This is a unique & tranquil space in an alternative community allotment. Will suit an outdoor & animal lover as it's in a rural area with horses locally. Its a small cabin, double bed & wet room in a quiet location in peacehaven. 15 minute walk to Tesco's down a country track, short drive to the seafront, 30 mins walk. Close to an organic nursery & forest & downs locally. It's basic, peaceful & quiet, on an acre of land next to our property. Enjoy some quiet time & a good value for money stay.

The cabin is perfect for a weekend escape to enjoy scenic surroundings, great river walks and exploring the waterways by kayak during summer. Being close to LHR and Shepperton Studios, it is also ideal as a temporary home from home for those working in the area. Thorpe Park, Windsor & Hampton Court are close by, as is London (direct trains).

Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
