The Cabin - a little ranch house. A peaceful haven

Located in the High Weald area of Kent which is an AONB, The Cabin at Valley View Farm is set in its own space amongst 16 acres of wood and grazing. It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. Firdove Studio is suitable for those that like enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside with lovely views stunning sunrise's But is also near Glyndebourne, Historic Lewes and cosmopolitan Brighton. Situated in a quiet country lane with lovely walks on your doorstep. There is a main bus route 5 minutes away So a car is not necessary or just as a rest from driving and parking. If it's Cricket on a village green the razzmatazz of Brighton or some Puccini and Picnic at Glyndebourne it's here

Tiny home with stunning views on 150 acres

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Situated in a private corner of Wellshurst Golf club, enjoy the tranquil setting and cosy up in this brand new lodge. With everything you could need for a short stay and plenty of beautiful walks nearby, dogs are welcome and enjoying some golf is optional at our beautiful 18 hole course and driving range. Soak in the free standing tub whilst admiring the views, or relax on the deck and watch the sunset. 2 minute woodland walk to access.

Lovely peaceful get away from it all in an area of natural outstanding beauty, yet just ten minutes drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells, with all the culture, bars, restaurants and shops. The pretty village of Lamberhurst has lots of pubs to offer, with top quality food and local ales. Trains to London are 1 hour from Frant station. Nearby attractions include Scotney Castle, Bewl Water and Bedgebury Pinetum.

'What Knot' unique carriage house quiet/central

'What Knot' is a converted carriage house. It is self contained and set in a pretty country garden tucked away in the medieval village of Alfriston in the Cuckmere Valley. It has a sitting room and kitchen on the ground floor, bedroom with king size bed and small shower room in the eaves on the first floor. It's perfect for couples wanting a peaceful break, visitors to Glyndebourne or walkers/cyclists to rest after a long day on the South Downs! 'What Knot' is 100m from the South Downs Way.

The Garden Room

The annex is a detached building with a key safe and separate entrance situated in a very quiet part of the historic county town of Lewes. There is very little passing traffic and as we’re on the outskirts it’s about a 20 mins walk to the centre of the town but are very close to the South Downs, a 5 minute walk away and the gateway to the South Down way and the National Park. (Smoking only allowed outside) Close to Brighton and good access to public transport and a main line to London.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Taylor’s Lodge is set in beautiful surroundings overlooking a private lake. We have ducks, chickens, two cats and a friendly dog. Enjoy feeding the fish, you might even see the heron on his daily visit! No fishing please. We are set in 4 acres with beautiful walks to Buxted Park, Ashdown Forest. There are two pubs within a short walk, both excellent food. Our lodge is fitted out to provide a comfortable stay with nature in abundance.

Woodland Shepherds Hut situated at Coes Farm an Organic Vineyard and Orchard making Natural wines and cider, 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre organic vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

This is a bijoux annexe complete with small double bed, kitchenette & separate bathroom. Easy access is via a side gate and key code access. There is parking on the driveway at the front of the property. The annexe is located a short walk from Eastbourne District General Hospital. The main town and seafront are just over one mile. Walking distance to nearby bakery, supermarket, fast food outlets, post office and a florist make this flat the perfect place for a short stay.

Our chalet-inspired studio barn, with vaulted ceilings and oak beams, is light and airy in the summer and beautifully warm and cosy in the winter, with underfloor heating throughout. It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house.
