Newly renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with the perfect space to stay for traveling into New York City. Plenty of space for 2 or 3! Large outdoor deck to enjoy sunny days.Easy access to public transportation. Just one block from bus stop, 3 blocks from light trail station or a short walk to NY/NJ Ferry station. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores/supermarkets. We highly recommend our space for those using public transportation as street parking is limited.

Visit NYC w/ budget & free garage parking

Frequent buses right in front of house, bring you to time square in 30 minutes! Simple private studio apartment with free garage parking (only fit small and midsized car/SUV. Can not use car after parking. Must arrive before 3pm and check out at 10am) all the basics you need to visit the big apple. Step outside of the house, you will have amazing manhattan skyline views. To benefit family of 4, we had two twin beds will set up for the 3rd and 4th guests to use only. Not fit for light sleepers.

Conveniently located across the Hudson River from Manhattan on average 20 min bus ride to Time Square or 8 min on ferry. Bus stop is right on corner, and ferry term & Light rail is 6-8 min walk. Buses to and from NYC run continuously throughout the day and evening. After a long day touring NYC, West New York is a great place to relax, have a casual meal and enjoy the most spectacular NYC views. There are many parks nearby, coffee shops and restaurants walking distance from apt.

This is a sunny, spacious and private, top floor-through apartment in an owner-occupied Victorian townhouse. There is a large master bedroom, a bunk bed room, and living and dining rooms. You also will enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and light filled modern bathroom. This apartment is in a prime uptown Hoboken location close to transportation to Manhattan and local restaurants, coffee houses and shopping. Perfect for families, professionals, Stevens visitors and couples.
