The Cabin- quiet self-contained near river central

Self contained open plan cozy cabin, quiet garden space with veranda and green roof. Sleeps four in two double mezzanine areas accessed by ladders. Kingsize quality memory foam beds. Comfortable sofa seating area, converts to pull out double bed if you don't fancy the ladder! Small well appointed kitchen with dual microwave oven, fridge, toaster, variety of pots and pans with tableware etc. Shower room and toilet, towels provided. Wifi, TV, DAB, central heating. Variety of tea's and real coffee.

Totnes is 4 mins drive away, or meander along the lanes. Local pub is 6 mins walk which serves delicious food. Wifi - login to your own personal Netflix account etc, or work from home. Dartmoor National Park, the Devon coast, beaches, rivers - we're ideally placed for all. Bring your walking boots/bike.

Quirky Woodsmans Hut in Beautiful Rural Setting.

Get away from it all in this unique rural setting. In a quiet corner of a tree-lined field close to our own private fishing lake called Venton Trout Lakes, Our woodsman's hut will give you the chance to get away from it all. It has its own private toilet and shower facilities in separate huts adjacent to the main cabin accessed by a pathway. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave, induction hob, gas hob & BBQ for outdoors, cutlery, small coolbox, crockery, cooking utensils, bedding and towels.

A detached 4 bedroom (2 bathroom) period property with parking for 3 cars and a garden likened to the National Trust and featured on Gardener's World. Perfectly located between Dartmoor and the best beaches of South Devon, The Walled Garden is just a short drive from popular Totnes and Ashburton as well as beautiful river walks, cosy pubs and the South Devon Railway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Maple Room, Totnes, Guest Suite own entrance.

Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Higher Brook Shepherd's Hut

Our newly built Shepherd's Hut is self-contained in its own plot at the end of our back garden with direct, private access down a path alongside our property. The hut lies on the fringes of Totnes, in a secluded location with views across fields towards Haytor. A welcome breakfast of bread and cereals is provided on arrival, with tea and coffee available. We are always available should you need tips on where to go or can leave you to discover and enjoy this area entirely on your own.

Ruby Retreat Shepherd’s Hut in Devon

Ruby Retreat is a unique Shepherd's Hut hand built in larch, cedar and ash by local carpenter, Peter Milner. His skilled design and craftsmanship gives Ruby a very special feeling. She is brand new for 2023. She sits in her own secluded position on a working Devon farm. The views over the glorious Devon hills are truly captivating. There is nothing to distract you from gazing at the fields, hills, woodland and distant church spire (well, maybe some sheep and lambs frolicking).

A delightful ground floor apartment ideally located in central Totnes, just a stones throw from the main high street where the local shops, bars, restaurants & amenities are located. There is one generously sized double bedroom, equipped with wardrobe, a good sized bathroom with shower and a very nice open plan lounge, diner, kitchen. Outside is a small garden that adjoins a communal area with table, chairs and a seating bench.
