The cottage is a short drive from the quaint village of Piddletrenthide and its 15th-century buildings. It's also a short drive from the village of Cerne Abbas's pubs and restaurants, as well as its famous chalk figure giant. The cottage is on a working farm. River View Chalet 317, where you can unwind, relax and is the perfect location to explore the South Hams. Set within 22 acres with no live entertainment on site you can enjoy the view of the River Dart, the Forest and hills towards Downton and Torquay in the distance. 2 miles from Dartmouth and the lovely Blackpool Sands beach is only 10 mins drive. Woodland Family Theme Park and Dartmouth Golf Club are less then 3 miles and Dartmoor National Park just 30 mins for further exploration.

Property is seaside/beach theme, refurbishing and updating when no guests are booked, new king size bed, new sitting room and bedroom carpets. Stair basket for shoes at entrance. (semi detached so please respect neighbours) Warm welcome to families with children, get away for couples or retreat for someone on business, travel or work. Breakfast not provided but there are local shops and supermarkets close by and kitchen provided. Parking and own entrance. Please read house manual.

Stylish town centre cottage with parking, a couple of minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and beaches. It is spacious and generously equipped with Wi-Fi, central heating and a private courtyard with parking for one car. The cottage has four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. My place is good for family holidays with kids, group get-togethers, business travellers, romantic couple holidays and is dog friendly.

Located in the pretty seaside town of Charmouth part of the Jurassic Coastline. The beach is world renowned for fossil hunting and is just a 10 minute stroll away.
