Shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, a golf course, and a movie theatre are also nearby. LAX is eight minutes away. Uber and Lyft run constantly in this area due to the close proximity of the airport. You won’t wait for more than a few minutes. Parking on premises for one standard size vehicle, otherwise street parking is available. DoorDash and Postmate apps can be downloaded on your phone for food delivery and grocery delivery options from all over surrounding areas Driveway is very narrow and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. It comfortably fits up to five and is a 10-15 min drive from LAX Airport and beautiful beaches Manhattan, Redondo and Hermosa. It is only 30-35 min from Downtown LA, Disneyland and Universal Studios. Clean, private room in a bungalow apt in Gardena. You have the entire place to yourself. Close to El Camino College, the 405 , 91, 110 freeways. 20 minutes to the beach (Redondo Beach 5 mi, Hermosa Beach 5.7 mi, Manhattan Beach 6 mi). LAX 25 minutes (7mi) 20-30 minutes to downtown LA (11 mi) 30 minutes to Venice Beach (11 mi) I am a Los Angeles native so if you have any questions, feel free to ask! No pets allowed.

Modern Culver City Guest House

UPDATE July 2022. We replaced the previous mattress with a new hybrid-style mattress with a memory foam top. Some of our guests found the previous mattress too soft...this one is a medium-firm mattress that offers great support. We hope you love it (just be aware that it is on the firmer side)!
