Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. Great biking/walking paths begin at the end of Rogersville Rd. Several bikes available for guests to use. Bike to Wrightsville Beach or shopping/restaurants. Full kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with queen bed & walk-in closet on the first level. Upstairs living room area with queen pull-out sofa bed.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

Charming Guest House - Dog Friendly - Parking

Welcome to our charming guest house in historic Carolina Place! The house has plenty of seating, a fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Upstairs is a bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom & laundry. This amazing location is a short drive to downtown and is walkable to the bars, restaurants & shops in the Cargo District! We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are approved in advance for a $75 pet fee per dog that will be charged separately after booking.

PalmTreeHouse

Centrally-located on the beautiful Cape Fear Coast, PalmTreeHouse is a charming, nautically-themed mid-century garage apartment, nestled among palm trees, and a private Zen Garden, with easy access to the Wilmington Riverfront, and the beaches. As an extension of the automotive/industrially-themed PalmTreeHut downstairs apartment, you may book the PalmTreeHouse simultaneously for parties of four, or go solo on your Wilmington excursion.
