This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The best location in Wilmington. My sweet spot is a studio/loft over a detached garage behind the main house. Walk through the gates steps on the left side of garage once up, cozy and private. queen bed, pull out sofa bed, workspace, kitchenette, bath is small(cute)pour a sweet tea/coffee Walk to everything, fab neighborhood bikes in garage, missing anything? Born and raised in the south we like spreading the love.

Large upstairs studio apartment with private entrance from main home. Minutes to Mayfair shopping, restaurants, theater and Wrightsville Beach. Unit includes kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, Air fryer, coffee maker, King size bed, sofa sleeper and TV. Private bath and shared laundry. Apartment is above garage and is attached to my main house so I appreciate guests who are respectful of the family home environment. PLEASE NOTE- there is only 1 King size bed, not 2 beds.
