Cambria Heights is a beautiful neighborhood in Queens at the Nassau County border. Our space is a short 5 minute drive to the LIRR at the Queens Village stop. This can take you to Manhattan’s east or west sides in 25 minutes. You are also 10 mins away from JFK airport. Only 3 minutes drive to the UBS Arena- the home of the New York Islanders.

Active family lives on the second floor who sleeps early. Quiet hours 10pm to 7am are extremely important for us. No visits allowed.

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

The unit itself is a cozy and private converted guest house with all the necessities. Comfortably sleeps 4 with Queen Bed in BDRM + Pull Out Couch with Queen Size bed in Livingroom. 43" TV + 32" TV, Fridge, Oven, Stovetop, Bathroom/Shower. Walking within 5 mins to everything - Shops/Food/Train to NYC. A free parking spot is available. For your added security, an outdoor security camera is monitoring the Driveway/Entrance to the backyard.

cozy get away

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.
