Converted Barn. 2 bedrooms The Annexe at Middle Farm is a self contained converted barn adjoining our beautiful 17c cotswold stone farmhouse in a quiet picturesque village near the North Cotswolds. An ideal location for visiting the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, the Malvern Hills and several National Trust properties. Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

Hobleys Cottage is positioned on the edge of the historic village of Stanton which is widely regarded as one of the most picturesque in the Cotswolds. Recently refurbished the luxury accommodation is light and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, open plan dining and sitting room. Hailes is a beautifully converted barn on our farm. It has a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed and a huge en suite shower room. The barn also has a large private garden, with outdoor seating and a fire pit to keep cosy whilst enjoying the sunset. We are ideally situated within a stones throw from the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon, whilst offering a rural escape.

Jack's House - Countryside retreat
