Full private kitchen and full private bathroom in safe quiet suburban neighborhood surrounded by nature and wildlife (deer, rabbits, fox). Two blocks from NJTransit busses to NYC, walking distance from restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, laundromats banks, vintage shops, parks and hiking trails, 15 min drive to Garden State Plaza. NO SMOKING! We take cleanliness very seriously. Note: 6’4” ceiling height.

A very private place at Getty Square, near to train, bus, local museums, parks and other great places to visit. Ps. - Rate $ only for the 2 first guests , next are extra -Only registered guests allowed in the unit. -Some work is going on at backyard, nothing big, -We require pics of your IDs through bnb chat - Unit is monitored 24/7 security camera. - No parking spot. - We have 2 friendly dogs in the property, book it if you feel comfortable with pets around. You will see then occasionally.

Coming to visit the city that never sleeps? We are 30 minutes from Time Square and walking distance to St. John’s Hospital. Enjoy a walk through The Untermyer Gardens that’s right around the corner from our home. 2.5 miles away from Yonkers Pier with great view of the city by the Hudson River. Excellent food choices, and great walking trail. From there you can catch the Metro-North railroad to the city. We will give you tips and recommendations on food and “must-see” spots while you are here.

Haven in Hartsdale! Private guest suite & bathroom

Self-contained basement-level guest suite within our home. You have your own entrance and complete privacy as well as your own private shower room. My husband and I live in the property above with our cat. I respectfully advise if you have allergies or just dislike cats then this is not the place for you. The suite comes complete with a microwave, mini fridge, iron & tea & coffee making facilities. Unfortunately we can’t no longer accept guests without reviews from previous stays.
