On this unique location right at the heart of the vibrant 'Zuid' of Antwerp, we offer you a warm welcome to our stylish, meticulously renovated duplex apartment for a perfect stay in our beautiful city. We've got a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Please note that the apartment is only accessible via stairs to the 2nd floor. As we are in the absolute epicenter of the coziest restaurants and bars, during weekends we must warn you that you will have a blast!

This spacious apartment is modern and colourfully decorated. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, a living room with a large sofa and dining table, comfortable bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. Centrally located in Antwerp’s vibrant theatre district, you’ll find shopping streets, museums, restaurants, cafés, and parks nearby. Easily accessible by car and public transport. The train station is within walking distance, and there is a tram stop right in front of the building!

Heel uitzonderlijk is dit charmant gelijkvloers appartement in een 16e eeuws kloostergebouw. Bovendien super centraal gelegen én met een gezellig tuintje, om met je aperitief te bekomen van een dag in de bruisende stad! Dit kom je zelden tegen in het stadscentrum! Het appartement heeft een grote, open keuken, hoge, houten plafonds, vele ramen, houten vloeren, een mooie slaapkamer met veel opbergruimte en een tweede slaapkamer op een half open mezzanine die je met een houten ladder betreed.

Fully equipped apartment on the whole 2nd and 3rd floor of an original townhouse built in 1884. In the most fashionable and vibrant part of town (Het Zuid), close to the fashion district, the Kloosterstraat with its vintage and antiques shops, shopping street "Meir" and lots of museums, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment has its own kitchen, a spacious bathroom, 1 bedroom and the private use of a big living terrace of 20m². There is a baby cot if needed and coffee and tea is offered.

Duplex eclectisch ingericht

Deze centraal gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht. De woonruimte is landelijk/Scandinavisch met gezellige Pelletkachel. Slapen kan in de botanische slaapkamer of barok slaapkamer. Extra ontspanning kan in de infraroodsauna. Het duplex app is rustig gelegen. Op wandelafstand ( 2 min) van de bus en op 5 min van de tramhalte (antwerpen). Op 5 minuten wandelen ontbijt je bij de bakker. Op aanvraag is het soms mogelijk in appartement ontbijt te krijgen ( 15 euro pp. ). Wees welkom x

Lovely flat with spectacular view!

Lovely and bright 1 to 4 person flat with a spectacular view over the river and harbour. Ideally located at the charming " Eilandje" between the MAS and the Red Star Line Museum, surrounded by historic docks and plenty of bars and restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk to the hewart of the city center. The flat (4th floor, no elevator!) is the top floor of a duplex apartment, so the hallway is shared. As I live on the first floor of the duplex flat, I'm very happy to help out and advise.

Hartje Antwerpen, stijlvol en gezellig

Appartement is in een oude meer dan 450 jaaroud gebouw, vlakbij de kathedraal, de hotspot voor toeristen, waar werkelijk alles aan je voeten ligt. Open de ramen van de woonkamer en je voelt je in het midden van het levendige en bruisende Antwerpen. Je kan alles makkelijk te voet bezoeken. Als je iemand bent die graag lekker eet en drinkt, de wereldkeuken in de directe omgeving; voor Belgisch eten, gewoon de trappen aflopen en je kunt dineren in de ‘Pottekijker’.

Het appartement is vlak bij Antwerpen centrum, maar ook dicht bij het groen en heeft in het gebouw meerdere sport -en ontspanningsfaciliteiten voor de bewoners zoals fitness, ontspanningsruimte , co-working place,.. . Deze staan gratis ter beschikking. Verder is er een zeer goede verbinding naar de havenbedrijven . Het verblijf is ideaal voor expats , studenten, maar ook voor iemand die Antwerpen wil bezoeken.
