Located in Canarsie, Brooklyn, this is an updated cozy and bright apartment that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, night-life, supermarkets, Canarsie Pier, and public transportation including an express bus to Manhattan (BM2 runs Mon -Sat), 30 minutes to Manhattan by L train, and 15 minutes to JFK airport by car. NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.

Our renovated family townhouse features a stocked luxury kitchen with dishwasher, pro gas range, Vitamix, etc, even a baby grand piano. THE SUBWAY IS A 10-MINUTE WALK AWAY (2 AND 5 TRAINS AT NEWKIRK). MANHATTAN (WALL ST) IS ~45 MINUTES AWAY BY SUBWAY. To comply with NYC hosting laws the host will be present. This listing is for the two upstairs floors of our townhouse and host stays downstairs.

The bathroom has both tub and shower. You’ll be a few blocks from the A/C Trains with easy access to the Wall Street, The West Village, Central Park and the Upper West Side.
