Two short blocks to prospect park and famous Brooklyn Bandshell as well as half a block to the subway will make your commute a breeze to anywhere in Brooklyn or Manhattan. We love our neighborhood feel while still in the most exciting borough of New York!

Our Greenwood Garden Apartment is a serene and minimalist Zen haven. Offering one bedroom and a futon, home office, and high ceilings, this open-layout apartment bathes in abundant natural light. A bright, beautiful space in a 1870s landmarked brownstone in Crown Heights North Historic District. The private ensuite is part of our house, we keep it for friends / family and is on the first floor with a private entrance. A short walk to the A/C train and ~30 minutes into lower Manhattan. Plenty of neighborhood restaurants/bars within walking distance along Franklin Ave and further down in Prospect Heights. Popular spots is a 30min walk away (BK Museum, BK Botanic Garden, Prospect Park).

The top floor of privately-owned brownstone built in 1899 in a historic Park Slope part of Brooklyn. Just a short walk from 500-acre Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanic Garden. Short walk to multiple subway lines (3 stops to Manhattan). The place had undergone major renovation: central A/C, upgraded bathrooms, new appliances and décor. Under NYC law, we are allowed to host only two "paying guests". Reach out to us first if your party includes more than two adults.
