This lovely holiday flat (highlighted blue, about 40m²), is the ideal location, to explore parts of the Eifel National Park with Lake Rursee. Moreover, the historic Mustard Mill in Monschau, the high rope course in Hürtgenwald, the famous Aachen Cathedral and the international CHIO Equestrian Festival are within a 20 min car ride. In the vicinity of the holiday flat you can find very good shopping facilities and restaurants. In summer you are welcome to use parts of our pristine garden.

Ideal zum entdecken des Dreiländerecks, des hohen Venns, der Gileppe, Maastricht, Monschau, Aachen und vielem mehr! Oder einfach nur die Ruhe im "Le Marzelheide" genießen, auf der Terrasse, im Garten, bei den Tieren oder auf einem der vielen schönen Wanderwegen in der Nähe. Pour les amateurs de nature, vous êtes proche du plateau des hautes fagnes, des vallées de la Hoëgne et de la Warche, des cascades de Coo et du Bayehon. Pour les amateurs de cyclotourisme, vous êtes au cœur du circuit de Liège Bastogne Liège 😀. Pour les amateurs de sports moteurs, vous êtes proche du circuit de Spa Francorchamps (2 km).

Das Studio liegt mitten in der Natur und doch sind die schönen Euregio-Städte per PKW in +/- 30 min erreichbar: Lüttich, Maastricht, Aachen, Monschau! Der Eupener Bahnhof lädt ein zu einer Direktfahrt nach Lüttich (Liège), Brüssel, Ostende oder Brügge ...

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Apartment in old mill

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
