Casita de campo situada en una soleada ladera del Valle de Sóller. Tradicional casa mallorquina a unos 2 Km del centro de Sóller. La casa se encuentra en una finca de montaña de unas 3 Hectáreas con vistas panorámicas al valle y las montañas (acceso estrecho y empinado). Esta propiedad permite disfrutar del sol y las vistas en un entorno rural. También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.

Esta preciosa casa de pueblo, con Licencia ETV/4500, se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado, a pocos minutos del centro andando, pero con una gran intimidad y unas inmejorables vistas hacia la más alta montaña de Mallorca el Puig Major, el pueblo y todo el valle en general. Se recuerda que existe en las Islas Baleares una tasa turística de 2€/dia por persona major de 14 años a abonar a su llegada. Se solicitará a los inquilinos la documentación referida en el Reial decret 933/2021 adjunta.

Also perfect for a group of active people, as many sports can be practiced around the area. We are eco-friendly as we have solar panels. In 20 minutes there is a beach. The house is located in a quiet place in the village of Caimari that is why we ask our guests to respect our neighbours and not make any noise after .

The house is an exclusive place situated less than 1 mile away from Deià, 500yd from Llucalcari and 4 miles from Soller. It is situated in a privilege place called Serra de Tramuntana. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed

The house has a land of 2000 meters with swimming pool, large terraces and different spaces to relax and enjoy the quiet area and its landscapes. The decoration is cozy and the house very comfortable, has many extras so you do not miss anything. We hope you feel at home and that you enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Need a break from your daily routine? Then come relax and unwind in our little house surrounded by nature. Connect with the tranquility, the birdsong in the morning, and the starry sky at night. In the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built of stone, in a peaceful setting, on the outskirts of Deià. A 15-minute walk from Deià and a 3-minute drive. Hiking trails are close to the house.

Ideal starting point for a good trips. From January 2019, guests will pay the corresponding tourist fee directly to the owner in cash. All our bedrooms are equipped with AC and Heating.
