Cosy bed and breakfast in lovely leafy SW London

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

Whole top floor, two ensuite bedrooms & Breakfast.

Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

This calm and stylish space is situated on the 1st floor at the back of the property away from the host's quarters. Private bathroom & use of full kitchen by arrangement. 10% discount for non use of kitchen. 2nd guest option for £10 per night. The townhouse is next to Bishops Park in south west Fulham with its beautiful grounds, palace, cafe, and river walks. It's on a quiet side street with numerous nearby shops and cafes and good transport links for the underground and numerous bus options.

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

Built in the 1840's, this charming house contains a lovely spacious and refurbished double bedroom and single bedroom . Away from the other residents you will have your own bathroom with a bath and walk in shower and access to a tiered garden at the rear. My home is spacious with free parking for up to two cars and a short walk from local shops, amenities and the underground and overland stations. I can help with any reservations, advise on day trips for shopping and sight-seeing in and around London. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.
