This is the ultimate beach bungalow. Located just steps from the world famous Main Street, Huntington Beach Pier, and of course, miles of Southern Californias best beach. This place offers "everyday resort living" with all the charm of an old fashion beach bungalow. The backyard has a built in bamboo bar and a custom jacuzzi hot tub. Entire 2nd floor (steps) 500+400 sq ft deck 2BR 1 BA 3 deck cottage 5 km/3 mi from downtown. 4 guests (5 is tight) with 1 queen, 1 double, 1 single & a daybed. I have 2 Labradors, so dog lovers are WELCOME! We do allow limited use of our laundry - ask. The full kitchen, desk, fiber internet, computer, 2 streaming TVs, a gas fireplace, but THIS IS NOT a MJ Vacation/party house! Noise limits start at 10 pm/no very young children. READ further below. I live in the studio on the first floor.

Nestled just off Orange Grove Boulevard —famously known as Millionaire’s Row and along the iconic Rose Parade route—our property is central to Old Town Pasadena, the Huntington Library, the Gamble House, and offers convenient access to Southern California attractions. Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
