Just steps from the subway, parks, and Greenpoint’s best dining, with quick access to Manhattan. The unit is two flights up and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund.

This is in a charming, renovated townhouse in an amazing location just off Tompkins ave for restaurants, shopping and bars. Easy access to Manhattan via subway - not to mention all the best of Brooklyn - and a relaxing oasis to chill. During your stay everything pictured is entirely yours (except the common laundry area and backyard). I won't need to pass through your space at all, unless you need help.
