Located in the vibrant Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn, this apartment in a historic brownstone offers plenty of your own space including kitchen, bathroom, living room and 2 bedrooms in a prime location for easy access to all of NYC's best spots! Host will be present.

Bright and Open Private Suite

You will enjoy a private suite in our home with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, comfortable chair and Samsung 50” TV. A second bedroom has a full size bed. The suite also has a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a skylight! The space is open and light filled looking out onto a beautiful tree filled backyard and garden. The front patio has a stunning cherry tree which is full of ripe cherries in late June!! At this time, no pets permitted.

It was built in 1860 and freshly renovated in a way that preserved all of its old charm. The space available is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom in the owners duplex. The apartment is loved by parents and kids all over the neighborhood, especially the backyard. The subway is just a block away. Discounts for monthly rentals.
