Ce studio de 60 m2 situé au 4ème étage d’une nouvelle construction est équipé d'une cuisine équipée, douche, d'un sauna privé, balcon et du WiFi fibre optique A 10 minutes à pied du centre de Liège, à 1 minute du Parc de la Boverie et de son Musée, à deux pas du centre commercial "La Médiacité", tout proche de la gare des Guillemins et de toutes commodités. Suivant disponibilités , un check out tardif est possible avec un supplément de 15€/heure

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Depot 57, cosy oud en nieuw Centrum Tongeren

"De Dépôt" ligt binnen de ring van de stad op 300m van de markt. De dakkamer ligt op de 2de verdieping . Er staat een dubbele boxspring (+kinderbed). Thee en koffie zijn in de minikeuken. Er is een dubbele lavabo, een inloopdouche en een toilet. De zitruimte met Tv is op de eerste verdieping. Daar bevindt zich ook de tweede slaapkamer die standaard ter beschikking is vanaf een derde gast. Hievoor worden wel extra kosten in rekening gebracht bij boeking voor twee personen (aanvragen).

Cosy apartment, close to citycentre ànd nature!

A sunny and cozy apartment with many special details. The location is favorable: in 10 minutes you are in the picturesque city center, in 5 minutes in the beautiful nature around the Pietersberg. The apartment is very private with your own bathroom and a little balcony. Toilet is private but on the landing.. The sofabed is 1.35 x2.00. In the large bed in the quiet back room you will have a great night's sleep. The ideal place to be completely away for a few days, to enjoy or to work.

Appartement Langsteeg, nabij Maastricht/Valkenburg

Dit door weilanden omringde appartement is erg landelijk gelegen langs de Mergellandroute en op korte afstand van Maastricht en Valkenburg. Zowel vanuit de woonkamer als de slaapkamer heeft men een prachtig uitzicht over het heuvellandschap. Maastricht centrum, MUMC+, Universiteit Maastricht en het Mecc zijn vanuit deze locatie middels een rechtstreekse verbinding per openbaar vervoer bereikbaar. Een uitstekende plek voor zowel een ontspannend als zakelijk verblijf!

Appartement "Aan de Hoge Dijk", gelegen aan de oevers van de oude kanaaldijk, is de ideale uitvalsbasis om Maastricht en de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Ons tweepersoons appartement ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, gevangen tussen het groen van de Sint Pietersberg en het water van de Maas. Het appartement is geschikt voor iedereen die op zoek is naar comfortabele ruimte om de stad te verkennen en/of de natuur op te zoeken.

Nous nous situons dans un quartier très calme de notre village situé en bord de Meuse à proximité de Maastricht et de Liège. Idéalement situé pour visiter Liège, le Pays de Herve, les Ardennes, Maastricht et ses alentours, Aachen... Nous mettons à votre disposition un studio (25 m²) entièrement équipé dans une partie de notre maison . Entrée indépendante et parking privatif. Vinciane vous accueillera chaleureusement et avec discrétion .

Design and warm appartment in Liege with balcony

Charmant appartement situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Liège. Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et chaleureux. J'ai décoré mon appartement avec des meubles chinés et trouvés sur des brocantes. Enfin, je suis disponible pour vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses de notre ville. Je précise que votre WC - totalement privé - se trouve à quelques marches sur le palier dans la cage de l'escalier (voir commentaires)

Denkmal geschützter Bauernhof

Wir sprechen mehrere Sprachen : Deutsch, Niederländisch und Englisch. Unser Ferienwohnung liegt in einer schönen ländlichen Umgebung. Bei uns können sie die Seele baumeln lassen. Oder sie können ihre Zeit mit Radfahrer, Wandern oder mit Schoppen verbringen. Den die rad und Wandergebiet Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide und Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.( circa 20 min.)
