The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

Cannot accept Sunday arrivals unless house is empty the day before

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Set on a beautiful small-holding with horses, ducks, chickens and dogs, located 3 miles from Bantham Beach and many other beaches. The Studio is perfectly located in the stunning South Hams, a short drive away from nearby towns, such as Salcombe and Kingsbridge with fantastic pubs and restaurants. Nestled on the banks of the River Tamar - with beautiful panoramic views over the river and surrounding countryside. It is a spectacular haven for wildlife, dog friendly, and ideal for those who want a quiet relaxing getaway. There are stunning country walks, a huge array of activities, 2 excellent local pubs, a coffee shop, wetlands bird sanctuary & there is so much to see & do.

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

Dog friendly. A minute’s walk from the renowned Oyster Shack and the popular Avon estuary, the sandy beaches of Bigbury, Bantham and Salcombe are nearby.
