Explore the Hartland Peninsula - the SW Coast Path is stunning here - and relax in the hot tub or by the wood-burner. This child and dog-friendly*, single-storey cottage is one of Cheristow farm cottages, clustered around the former farmyard; Guests can use the spa room with it hot tub & sauna and the children's play area, with long green views to the sea. *Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome @ £25 per dog, per stay. 1 can be included on booking, for a 2nd we'd request payment separately.

A short drive and you can experience the dramatic wonders of Dartmoor or Exmoor. The picturesque village of Lympstone with a number of great foodie pubs is just a stroll away along the Exe Trail which passes the front of the farm, so no need to drive!

Cosy garden annexe consisting of en-suite double bedroom, open plan living/dining/kitchen area, and shower room. There is a single sofa bed in the living area suitable for one adult. It has its own front door with access straight out onto patio and garden. Situated conveniently for Dartmoor, the sea, Exeter and Torbay. Opportunities for cycling and walking, or a relaxing break. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches

Quiet residential location. 5 minutes walk into Bude town centre, 10 to the beach. Open plan lounge dinner, kitchen. A balcony which is a sun trap in the mornings. Pleasantly cool in the evening. Excellent broadband. Up to 2 medium size, well behaved, dogs allowed, by prior arrangement only. Own garden area.

Our home is in a fantastic location with stunning seaviews over the golf course. The south facing garden is great for children, dogs and barbecues. The children will be kept entertained with an inground trampoline, basket swing and the adults can relax in the garden! The beach is 500 meters from the house with amazing sandy beaches, surf and the Seapool for calm swimming even on the biggest wave days. .

Our family home is central to town and a short stroll to Summerleaze, voted one of The Times top ten UK beaches. Activities are endless and include surfing, sea pool swimming, rock climbing, fishing, geology walks, excellent restaurants and beach cafes. Sea view from the top floor
