Située au bord de l'Ourthe et du Ravel, cette maison agréable comporte 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une piscine , un jacuzzi, un billard américain et un salle de jeux Elle se trouve en plein cœur du charmant village de Comblain-au-Pont, supermarché, Poste, Musée, bar, restaurants... tout est à proximité. C'est un endroit idéal, grâce au jardin clos et sa terrasse couverte, pour passer quelques jours de vacances entre amis ou en famille. arrivée et départ uniquement le vendredi et le lundi.

Deze zespersoons bungalow is sfeervol en kindvriendelijk ingericht en met een zonnig terras in een bosachtige omgeving een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. De bungalow is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft, naast 6 slaapplaatsen, een extra babybedje, een hoge kinderstoel en een opvouwbare kinderstoel. Vanuit de bungalow kunt u prachtige natuurwandelingen maken in en buiten het park. En uiteraard hopen we dat u het uiteindelijk hier zo naar uw zin heeft dat u nog maar een ding wil: terugkomen!!

Deze unieke accommodatie maakt onderdeel uit van een oude hoeve, gelegen aan de rand van Maastricht. Je verblijft midden in de natuur op slechts 15 minuten fietsafstand van Centrum Maastricht. Het appartement, wat is opgezet als loft, is fraai vormgegeven en afgewerkt met mooie en duurzame materialen. Je kunt gebruik maken van het heerlijke natuurzwembad dat in de zomer en winter beschikbaar is, gelegen in de grote (gedeelde) tuin. De drukte vlakbij en de rust en natuur direct beschikbaar :)

La suite privatisée est située à côté de notre maison pour une parenthèse à 2 dans un cadre champêtre. Détente et nature au rendez-vous: sauna, douche, jacuzzi extérieur, terrasse et transats, table de jardin et accès au 1er étage du duplex par un escalier: petite cuisine, table haute, canapé d'angle, grande baignoire, lit king size, écran plat, décodeur voo et accès Netflix. Pour votre confort, peignoirs, tongs, serviettes de bain, serviettes pour le sauna, sont à votre disposition.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Ancienne grange en pierre entièrement rénovée idéalement située dans un cadre campagnard et calme. Ce logement, unique en son genre, vous impressionnera par ses volumes, son authenticité, sa connexion à la nature, et ses finitions. Les amoureux de balades seront comblés par le Ravel passant juste derrière la maison ainsi que par les nombreuses autres possibilités de randonnées. Les autres se laisseront bercer par les sons de la nature dans cet endroit hors du commun.

Cette villa familiale paisible offre un séjour détente exceptionnel. Il est situé dans un petit village à 15 minutes de Durbuy. 3 chambres sont disponibles ainsi que 2 salles de bain Convient bien aux familles, couples, et groupes d'amis calmes. Piscine fermée pour l'hiver (ouverture début mai) Jacuzzi (chauffé électriquement) disponible. Terrain de tennis privé en « Red Court » rénové en 2022 disponible à 300m de la maison. The refuge is designed as an autonomous habitat 40 meters set back from a dead end, the swimming pool is reserved for travelers (open from 01.04 to 01.10). Naxhelet golf course is located 7 minutes away by car. Everything is planned for calm, rest and tranquility. Access is private and enjoys a location in the heart of a one hectare property. The accommodation which is air-conditioned (hot and cold). In winter, the wood stove for warm moments.

Een moment van rust en ontspanning. Aan de rand van Nationaal Park de Hoge Kempen en tegelijkertijd op fietsafstand van centrum Maastricht. Dat is wat het recent gerenoveerde Sonnehuisje biedt. Deze bungalow op vakantiepark de Sonnevijver biedt jong en oud een mooie kans om van de natuur in het bourgondische Limburg te genieten. De knusse bungalow ligt mooi gelegen met een beekje aan de voorzijde, wat is afgezet met een houten hekje.
