Cosy Devon Countryside Annex near Jurassic Coast

A cosy self-contained annex for 2 in a small village near Axminster and within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, Honiton, Sidmouth and beautiful countryside walks. Great village pub 5 minutes walk. Continental breakfast included! The annex has an en-suite shower room, double wardrobe, king size bed and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Continental breakfast is included. Furry 4 legged friends welcome. Ample parking in large gated drive way.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and a wooden oak floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

Cozy double room in quiet and convenient location

The room can be set up as either king size or two single beds, as required. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

Double room in Torquay UK (Room 2)

Clean, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, quiet double room with your own en-suite with shower, sink and toilet. Window looks over the peaceful and attractive back garden. Parking is in front of the house garage though not always guaranteed. Alternate parking on the main road before you get into the Close, which is a safe and quiet area. Light breakfast of cereal/toast included. We have a cat, so please check when booking if you are allergic or intolerant to cats.

Totnes home with a great view

There are two small rooms at the top of the house, one with a double bed and the other a single. Both rooms have windows front and back that are full of light and sometimes even sun! The single room can be used for a guest or as a sitting room and space to leave bags. This is where I will leave a kettle with tea and coffee. The plant filled landing that connect the rooms has stairs down to the rest of the house and the bathroom for guests use only.

Willow Haven

Cosy retreat in peaceful country setting only 20 minutes from seaside towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and the cathedral city Exeter. Ideal base for a couple or family. Beautiful country, coastal and moorland walks, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, RSPB nature reserve and cycle paths. You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.

A perfect location for all the city has to offer! Only 5 minutes walk to the Exeter University and Northcott theatre. The city centre, quayside and train station are just 10 minutes walk away! One spacious double bedroom in a detached house in a quiet location close to major transport links and Exeter City Centre. The name of our house is Harefield House . Sorry no pets . Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.

My cottage is set in a quiet road within a pretty village surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minutes drive to the main Devon Expressway with links to Torquay (4 miles) Newton Abbot (2 miles) Totnes (9 miles) and Exeter (16 miles). I am offering a sunny double room with views to the open countryside. and a large light shared bathroom with shower bath which is cleaned daily. A continental breakfast is included (Gluten free option).

The Apple Store is part of Yeomans Acre Self Catering Holiday Cottages offering a cosy king size double room with en suite shower facilities. The property is centrally located in Colyford with a great pub and village shop a few hundred yards away plus a cycling hub cafe just two minutes walk. The room has an external entrance from the car park and is not accessible from the owners accomodation. Car Parking and Wifi included
