The Zaandam City Center is less than 10 min by bike / 25 min on foot. There you will meet the famous architectural attractions of the 'Zaandam Train Station' together with the 'Town Hall' (Gemeente) and 'Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Zaandam'.

The new city hall of Zaanstad is linked to the new bridge over the railway and the highway. It's somewhat built like a parody on local traditional building style but not in a mocking way.
