Located at the Fraser Suites hotel in Perth, Heirloom Restaurant & Bar caters for hotel guests and outside diners for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The team also caters for weddings, meetings and conferences in the Fraser Ballroom and The terrace. On a day to day basis the team is led by our very talented Head Chef, Vincy Silveira who cooks up a variety of dishes which are sure to tantalize even the pickiest of taste buds. The menu even offers paleo-inspired dishes and features fresh, healthy and delicious meals made using locally sourced ingredients.
