Ok this is a restaurant, but the outside bar with views of the Atlantic can't be beat (@ the Winnetu - our ex-haunt)

This restaurant is at the Winnetu Seaside Resort. It has fine dining and a lovely atmosphere. It borders famous South Beach so include a barefoot walk in the sand before dinner. Reservations recommended.
